Items sold on Hopespace are group orders and preorders — they are NOT in stock.

• Your item is ordered from the supplier after your purchase is placed
• Production can take several months (up to 4–5 months or more)
• After production, packages are consolidated at a warehouse before shipping to you
• Updates are shared only when available (Discord)

⚠️ If your order shows "Delivered" on Shopify, this only means your item has been ordered and paid to the supplier. This is NOT a physical delivery — no package has been shipped yet.

Your purchase may involve up to 3 separate payments:

1. [PO] — Item purchase on Hopespace (includes item price + proxy service fees)
2. [EMS] — Transit fees from supplier → warehouse / me (reimbursed via a dedicated link once received)
3. [SHIP] — Final shipping to your address (via a dedicated link)

Each payment is requested only when your order reaches the corresponding stage. You will be notified each time.

All sales are final.

• Once an order is placed, the item is immediately purchased on your behalf — no refunds or cancellations are possible
• Production delays, virtual "Delivered" status, and deferred shipping are NOT valid reasons for disputes or chargebacks
• Any abusive chargeback may result in a permanent ban and submission of evidence to payment platforms
