Delivery Times

Items sold on Hopespace are group orders and preorders — they are NOT in stock.

• Your item is ordered from the supplier after your purchase is placed
• Production can take several months (up to 4–5 months or more)
• After production, packages are consolidated at a warehouse before shipping to you
• Updates are shared only when available (Discord)

⚠️ If your order shows "Delivered" on Shopify, this only means your item has been ordered and paid to the supplier. This is NOT a physical delivery — no package has been shipped yet.
3-Step Payment System

Your purchase may involve up to 3 separate payments:

1. [PO] — Item purchase on Hopespace (includes item price + proxy service fees)
2. [EMS] — Transit fees from supplier → warehouse / me (reimbursed via a dedicated link once received)
3. [SHIP] — Final shipping to your address (via a dedicated link)

Each payment is requested only when your order reaches the corresponding stage. You will be notified each time.
Must Read

Style Showcase
Firefly 1/7 Figure Display Case — Deluxe Edition: shown as the display case on its own and with the figure installed.
Firefly 1/7 Figure Display Case — Standard Edition: shown as the display case on its own and with the figure installed.
The back of the Deluxe Edition has special lighting effects: once switched on, SAM’s mecha eyes and the wings of light glow independently. The light effects can be changed using the button on the side of the back panel. The base of the case also lights up on its own, creating a unique atmosphere for Firefly.
Images are for reference only; please refer to the actual product for colors and details.

Installation Guide
Contents: top light panel (Deluxe), top light panel side view (Deluxe), top panel (Standard), side panels ×2, base panel (Standard), front panel, back panel, back light panel (Deluxe), base light panel (Deluxe).

  1. All acrylic surfaces are covered with a protective film that must be peeled off by hand. If the acrylic looks cloudy or scratched, the film is still on.
  2. Assemble the side panels as shown, inserting the bottom of each panel into the grooves of the base, and join all four panels so every connection is firmly locked.
  3. Place the top panel to complete assembly.
  4. Deluxe Edition: plug the power cable into the matching light panel ports; the switch controls the top and bottom lights.
  5. The Deluxe Edition adds independent lighting for SAM’s mecha eyes and wings of light, adjustable via the button on the side of the back panel.
After assembling the Deluxe Edition, check the orientation of the power ports and connect the power as shown in the diagram.

Notes

  • Some parts of this product are sharp; handle with care and wear gloves during assembly to avoid injury.
  • Minor tolerances in acrylic cutting are normal for the manufacturing process and are not quality defects.
  • Do not use the built-in lights continuously for more than 3 hours and do not overload them, as this shortens their lifespan.
  • The case is fairly heavy and the snap-fit structure cannot bear the full load of all components. When moving it, support the base carefully to prevent it from falling.
  • When using the Deluxe Edition, follow electrical safety rules: connect the cables as described in the instructions, do not modify the product or swap light panels with other electrical devices, do not squeeze, pull or twist the cables, do not drop the power adapter, and do not place heavy objects on cables or power supplies.
  • To keep the surface smooth and free of scratches, avoid contact and rubbing with sharp objects.
  • Wear, discoloration or scratches that appear through use are normal wear and tear, not quality defects.
  • This is a dedicated display case for the “Firefly 1/7 Scale Figure”; please confirm this before purchasing.
  • Images show the intended effect; please refer to the actual product.
