GROUP ORDER POLICY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – GROUP ORDERS & PREORDERS POLICY

Please read this page carefully before placing an order on hopespace.moe.
By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. GROUP ORDERS & PREORDERS – NO INSTANT SHIPPING

All group orders and preorders sold on this website are NOT in-stock items.

  • Items are purchased from suppliers after your order is placed

  • Production times can be long (up to 4–5 months or more)

  • Shipping is done in multiple stages

This is a normal process for group orders and preorder-based purchases.


2. “DELIVERED” STATUS ON SHOPIFY (IMPORTANT)

Once your [PO] order (see the title of the product) has been secured and purchased from the supplier, your Shopify order will be marked as “fulfilled” or “delivered”.

⚠️ THIS IS A VIRTUAL SHIPMENT

  • No physical shipment has occurred yet

  • No tracking number is provided at this stage

  • “Delivered” only means your order has been confirmed and paid for

This system is commonly used for group orders and China-based suppliers.

Opening a dispute because of this status is not valid.


3. PRODUCTION & WAITING PERIOD

  • Production may take several months

  • Updates are shared only when available

  • If items arrive earlier than expected, this will be announced on Discord

Please do not request refunds due to production delays — this is an inherent part of group orders.


4. CONSOLIDATION, STORAGE & SHIPPING DELAYS

After production:

  • Items may be sent to a warehouse

  • Orders may be held temporarily to reduce international shipping costs

  • Shipping to France and processing takes additional time

This waiting period is intentional and unavoidable.


5. PAYMENTS IN MULTIPLE INSTALLMENTS

Your purchase may involve 2 or 3 payments:

  1. [PO] item purchase (on Shopify)

  2. Supplier → warehouse / me shipping

  3. Final shipping to you through [SHIP] links, after paying the fees and taxes through [POST] links

Each payment is requested only when the order reaches the corresponding stage.


6. NO REFUNDS – NO CANCELLATIONS

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • Once an order is placed, the item is immediately purchased on your behalf

  • Refunds and cancellations are not possible

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited

Any chargeback filed after the item has been purchased is considered abusive and may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future group orders

  • Loss of access to services

  • Evidence submission to payment platforms (invoices, supplier receipts, order logs)


7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By ordering on hopespace.moe, you agree that:

  • Long production times

  • Virtual shipment status

  • Delayed shipping

  • Group order mechanics

DO NOT constitute valid reasons for disputes or chargebacks.

I keep full documentation of:

  • Supplier invoices

  • Purchase confirmations

  • Order timelines

  • Communication logs

These will be provided in case of disputes.


8. SPECIAL CASES

For:

  • Last-minute purchases

  • Overseas pop-ups

Payment may be requested after the purchase is made.
You will be informed directly in these cases.


FINAL NOTE

If you are:

  • Uncomfortable with long waiting times

  • Unsure about preorder systems

  • Likely to open disputes due to delays
