SHIPPING POLICY – HOPESPACE

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order on hopespace.moe.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. TYPE OF ORDERS

Hope Space mainly operates through:

  • Group Orders

  • Preorders

  • Made-to-order items

Most products sold on this website are not in stock at the time of purchase.


2. SHIPPING PROCESS OVERVIEW

Orders are fulfilled in multiple stages:

  1. Order placed on hopespace.moe

  2. Order review & internal processing

  3. Item purchased from the supplier on your behalf

  4. Production period (can take several months)

  5. Supplier → warehouse / intermediary shipping

  6. Consolidation & processing

  7. Final shipment from France to the customer


3. ORDER PROCESSING DEFINITION (IMPORTANT)

An order is considered “processed” once:

  • The item has been purchased from the supplier OR

  • The order has been included in a group order submission OR

  • Any payment has been made on the customer’s behalf

After this point, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.


4. REFUNDS BEFORE PROCESSING

If a customer requests a cancellation before the order has been processed (as defined above):

  • The order may be fully refunded

  • The request must be sent explicitly and in writing

  • Approval is subject to confirmation that the order has not yet been processed

Once processing has started, all sales are final.


5. VIRTUAL FULFILLMENT STATUS

Once your order has been secured with the supplier, your Shopify order may be marked as “fulfilled” or “delivered”.

This is a virtual fulfillment status, meaning:

  • No physical shipment has occurred yet

  • No tracking number is available at this stage

  • This status only confirms that your item has been ordered and paid for


6. PRODUCTION TIMES

  • Production times vary depending on the supplier

  • Estimated production time: up to 4–5 months or longer

  • Delays are outside of my control

Production delays do not qualify for refunds.


7. CONSOLIDATION & STORAGE

After production:

  • Items may be sent to a warehouse or intermediary location

  • Orders may be held temporarily to reduce international shipping costs

This is part of the normal shipping process.


8. FINAL SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS

Final shipments are sent from France.

  • Shipping fees depend on destination, parcel weight, and shipping method

  • Tracking is provided once the parcel is physically shipped

  • Processing time in France may vary depending on order volume


9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Customs delays are outside of my control


10. INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Reshipping fees may apply in case of delivery failure.


11. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package is handed to the carrier:

  • Responsibility lies with the shipping service

  • Assistance may be provided, but refunds are not guaranteed


12. NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING DELAYS

Delays caused by:

  • Production

  • Consolidation

  • Customs

  • Carriers

Do not qualify for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.


FINAL DISCLAIMER

If you are not comfortable with:

  • Long waiting times

  • Multi-stage shipping

  • Group order systems
