On-Demand Order

This item is ordered from our supplier after your order is confirmed. We aim to place the order within 48 hours.
⚠️ Delivery times may vary; supplier pre-orders can take up to 200 days. Thank you for your patience.

Delivery Times

Items sold on Hopespace are group orders and preorders — they are NOT in stock.

• Your item is ordered from the supplier after your purchase is placed
• Production can take several months (up to 4–5 months or more)
• After production, packages are consolidated at a warehouse before shipping to you
• Updates are shared only when available (Discord)

⚠️ If your order shows "Delivered" on Shopify, this only means your item has been ordered and paid to the supplier. This is NOT a physical delivery — no package has been shipped yet.
3-Step Payment System

Your purchase may involve up to 3 separate payments:

1. [PO] — Item purchase on Hopespace (includes item price + proxy service fees)
2. [EMS] — Transit fees from supplier → warehouse / me (reimbursed via a dedicated link once received)
3. [SHIP] — Final shipping to your address (via a dedicated link)

Each payment is requested only when your order reaches the corresponding stage. You will be notified each time.
Must Read

All sales are final.

• Once an order is placed, the item is immediately purchased on your behalf — no refunds or cancellations are possible
• Production delays, virtual "Delivered" status, and deferred shipping are NOT valid reasons for disputes or chargebacks
• Any abusive chargeback may result in a permanent ban and submission of evidence to payment platforms

If you are uncomfortable with long waiting times or preorder systems, please do not place an order.

👉 By purchasing on hopespace.moe, you agree to all of the above terms.
  • 100% secure payment
  • Premium service
  • Easy communication

EXPECTED TO BE SHIPPED TO THE WAREHOUSE IN CHINA IN SEPTEMBER 2026

  • Some parts of this product are sharp, so please handle with care and wear gloves when assembling to avoid injury.
  • There is a certain degree of error in acrylic cutting, which is a normal process and not a quality issue.
  • It is recommended that the built-in light be used continuously for no more than 3 hours. Do not overload it, otherwise it will reduce its lifespan.
  • When storing and using the product, please avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and high humidity to prevent deformation or fading.
  • Because the figure box has a certain weight, the interlocking structure is not enough to support the force of all components. Please hold the base and move it carefully when taking it out to avoid it falling.
  • When using the deluxe display box, please consciously abide by the electrical regulations, connect the wires according to the instructions, and do not modify or replace the light panels and electrical equipment without authorization. Do not squeeze, pull, or twist the wires.
  • To ensure a smooth and flat surface and prevent wear, please avoid collisions and friction between this product and sharp objects.
  • Wear, discoloration, scratches, and other issues may occur during use. These are normal wear and tear of the product and not quality problems.
  • This product comes in an exclusive display box for the "Sunday 1/8 Figure LIVE Ver." Please be sure to confirm this information before purchasing.
  • This product is not a toy; please keep it out of reach of children.
  • This product image is for reference only; the actual product shall prevail.
