On-Demand Order

This item is ordered from our supplier after your order is confirmed. We aim to place the order within 48 hours.
⚠️ Delivery times may vary; supplier pre-orders can take up to 200 days. Thank you for your patience.

Delivery Times

Items sold on Hopespace are group orders and preorders — they are NOT in stock.

• Your item is ordered from the supplier after your purchase is placed
• Production can take several months (up to 4–5 months or more)
• After production, packages are consolidated at a warehouse before shipping to you
• Updates are shared only when available (Discord)

⚠️ If your order shows "Delivered" on Shopify, this only means your item has been ordered and paid to the supplier. This is NOT a physical delivery — no package has been shipped yet.
3-Step Payment System

Your purchase may involve up to 3 separate payments:

1. [PO] — Item purchase on Hopespace (includes item price + proxy service fees)
2. [EMS] — Transit fees from supplier → warehouse / me (reimbursed via a dedicated link once received)
3. [SHIP] — Final shipping to your address (via a dedicated link)

Each payment is requested only when your order reaches the corresponding stage. You will be notified each time.
Must Read

All sales are final.

• Once an order is placed, the item is immediately purchased on your behalf — no refunds or cancellations are possible
• Production delays, virtual "Delivered" status, and deferred shipping are NOT valid reasons for disputes or chargebacks
• Any abusive chargeback may result in a permanent ban and submission of evidence to payment platforms

If you are uncomfortable with long waiting times or preorder systems, please do not place an order.

👉 By purchasing on hopespace.moe, you agree to all of the above terms.
  • 100% secure payment
  • Premium service
  • Easy communication

  • A full box of 15 always contains 1 special badge and all 14 different regular badges.
  • Each special badge has a 1-in-60 chance, and each regular badge a 1-in-15 chance, based on total production quantities.
  • Designs are random and can't be chosen. Blind boxes can't be returned under the 7-day no-reason policy.

Images are for reference only.

Notes

  • The badge has sharp parts, so handle it with care to avoid injury.
  • Keep it out of direct sunlight, heat and humidity, which can cause warping or fading.
  • Keep it away from hard or sharp objects that could scratch it.
  • Normal use may cause wear, color change or scratches. That counts as ordinary wear, not a defect.
  • Wipe marks off gently with a damp cloth. Don't use solvents, which can strip the color.
  • This isn't a toy. Keep it out of reach of children.
  • Keep it away from fire and corrosive materials.
  • Don't bend or press on it, and avoid contact with chemicals.
  • For long-term display or storage, protect it from moisture, mold and dust.
  • The blind box format is there for fun. Please buy sensibly.
  • This is a collectible for adults. Under-8s may not buy blind boxes, and buyers aged 8–18 need a guardian's consent.
  • For ages 15 and up only.
