On-Demand Order

This item is ordered from our supplier after your order is confirmed. We aim to place the order within 48 hours.
⚠️ Delivery times may vary; supplier pre-orders can take up to 200 days. Thank you for your patience.

Delivery Times

Items sold on Hopespace are group orders and preorders — they are NOT in stock.

• Your item is ordered from the supplier after your purchase is placed
• Production can take several months (up to 4–5 months or more)
• After production, packages are consolidated at a warehouse before shipping to you
• Updates are shared only when available (Discord)

⚠️ If your order shows "Delivered" on Shopify, this only means your item has been ordered and paid to the supplier. This is NOT a physical delivery — no package has been shipped yet.
3-Step Payment System

Your purchase may involve up to 3 separate payments:

1. [PO] — Item purchase on Hopespace (includes item price + proxy service fees)
2. [EMS] — Transit fees from supplier → warehouse / me (reimbursed via a dedicated link once received)
3. [SHIP] — Final shipping to your address (via a dedicated link)

Each payment is requested only when your order reaches the corresponding stage. You will be notified each time.
Must Read

All sales are final.

• Once an order is placed, the item is immediately purchased on your behalf — no refunds or cancellations are possible
• Production delays, virtual "Delivered" status, and deferred shipping are NOT valid reasons for disputes or chargebacks
• Any abusive chargeback may result in a permanent ban and submission of evidence to payment platforms

If you are uncomfortable with long waiting times or preorder systems, please do not place an order.

Fan-made Honkai: Star Rail merchandise — "Coconut Box Honey Sugar" (椰盒蜜糖) Phainon × Mydei Chibi Figure Set

Styles: Figure Set (Phainon + Mydei) | Add-on: "Light" Ice-Crack Mini Card Pair

Specifications
Brand: 湍流秘境 (Turbulent Realm, independent doujin creator) | Styles: Phainon & Mydei (sold as a pair, 1 box = 2 figures, not sold separately) | Material: PU resin | Craftsmanship: Hand-finished chibi (Q-version) figures | Packaging: 1 box containing both figures | Size: approx. 8 cm tall

Style Showcase
A pair of seated chibi figures from Honkai: Star Rail. Phainon has silver-white hair with a blue gradient and blue starry eyes, and wears his navy coat with a small cat companion at his side. Mydei has golden-blonde hair fading into red-orange tips and amber eyes, and wears a grey jacket with dark red trousers. A small white cat naps on top of his head.

Included bonuses with each set:

  • 1 pair of acrylic standees (approx. 4 cm tall, 1 cm thick), matching the figure designs
  • 1 pair of ID-card style mini cards (design still in progress)

Optional add-on: "Light" ice-crack texture mini card pair (Phainon & Mydei artwork). This can only be bought together with a figure set, up to 5 pairs per set. The first 300 preorders get 1 pair free.

Preorder period: October 7 to October 8, 2026 (11:59pm UTC+2). Production time: about 60 to 90 days after preorders close.

Notes

  • These figures are handmade, so small imperfections are possible and no two are exactly identical. Perfectionists should think carefully before ordering.
  • Any after-sales claim needs a complete, uncut unboxing video showing all six sides of the box intact and unopened.
  • This is a full-payment preorder. No refunds or exchanges once preorders close.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR PREORDER ONLY. ONCE PROCESSED ON MY SIDE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE VIRTUALLY SHIPPED TO CONFIRM THE PURCHASE OF YOUR ORDER. YOU WON'T RECEIVE ANY TRACKING NUMBER NOR WILL YOU RECEIVE ANY DELIVERY UNTIL I RECEIVE IT AT MY WAREHOUSE IN EUROPE. PLEASE ONLY PROCEED WITH THE PURCHASE AFTER READING OUR

GROUP ORDER POLICY. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ONCE I'VE PURCHASED YOUR ORDER ON MY SIDE. IF NOT PROCESSED YET, CONTACT ME BY MAIL. THANK YOU.
