⚠️ Delivery times may vary; supplier pre-orders can take up to 200 days. Thank you for your patience.

Delivery Times

Items sold on Hopespace are group orders and preorders — they are NOT in stock.

• Your item is ordered from the supplier after your purchase is placed
• Production can take several months (up to 4–5 months or more)
• After production, packages are consolidated at a warehouse before shipping to you
• Updates are shared only when available (Discord)

⚠️ If your order shows "Delivered" on Shopify, this only means your item has been ordered and paid to the supplier. This is NOT a physical delivery — no package has been shipped yet.
3-Step Payment System

Your purchase may involve up to 3 separate payments:

1. [PO] — Item purchase on Hopespace (includes item price + proxy service fees)
2. [EMS] — Transit fees from supplier → warehouse / me (reimbursed via a dedicated link once received)
3. [SHIP] — Final shipping to your address (via a dedicated link)

Each payment is requested only when your order reaches the corresponding stage. You will be notified each time.
Must Read

All sales are final.

• Once an order is placed, the item is immediately purchased on your behalf — no refunds or cancellations are possible
• Production delays, virtual "Delivered" status, and deferred shipping are NOT valid reasons for disputes or chargebacks
• Any abusive chargeback may result in a permanent ban and submission of evidence to payment platforms

If you are uncomfortable with long waiting times or preorder systems, please do not place an order.

Style Showcase

  • Display cases made for the Tiny Cat Series figures, each with a cozy cat café backdrop: a striped awning, shelves, a counter, cat details and a chalkboard sign.
  • Character designs (Boothill, Blade, Firefly): backdrop colors and details matched to each character.
  • Color designs (Purple, Green, Cool Color, Warm Color): the same café theme in different color palettes.
  • Deluxe Edition: top LED light and a light-up awning top panel.
  • Contents:
    • Front panel: Deluxe or Standard version.
    • Back panel.
    • Two side panels.
    • Base.
    • Top panel: light-up for the Deluxe, plain for the Standard.

Assembly

  1. Every acrylic surface has a protective film; peel it off by hand. If the acrylic looks cloudy or scratched, the film is still on.
  2. Fit the bottom edge of each side panel into the groove of the base, then join the four panels and make sure every joint is secure.
  3. Put the top panel on to finish.
  4. The protective cover is partly designed with interlocking modules, so the acrylic panels form a single piece once assembled. When you need to handle the figure, just lift the cover off, with no need to take it apart and rebuild it.
  5. Deluxe Edition: after assembly, check which way the power port faces. Plug the power cable into the Type-C port at the back of the light panel. Long-press the switch to adjust brightness, short-press to switch between three light colors. Power it with a USB to Type-C charging cable.

Notes

  • Some parts are sharp; wear the gloves when assembling to avoid injury.
  • Acrylic cutting has a small tolerance; this is a normal part of the process, not a quality defect.
  • Do not leave the built-in light on for more than 3 hours at a time. Overuse shortens its lifespan.
  • Keep out of direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity during storage and use, to prevent warping or fading.
  • Because the figure is heavy and the slot-together structure cannot bear the full weight, always hold the case by its base when moving it, to avoid it falling.
  • To keep the surface smooth and undamaged, avoid knocks and rubbing against sharp objects.
  • Wear, discoloration or scratches may appear with use; this is normal wear, not a quality defect.
  • This display case is made exclusively for the Tiny Cat Series figures and does not fit other products. Please confirm this before buying.
  • This product is not a toy; keep out of reach of children.
  • Images are renderings for reference only; please refer to the actual product.
